New 1 Star User Review of Life Care Center of Old Hickory Village located in Old Hickory, Tennessee
"My mother just left this facility to be admitted back into the hospital with a new UTI, eye infection and a bedsore she did not have upon arrival. In addition, several life threatening medical issues were ignored even after I brought them to the staff's attention. No communication between the staff or oncoming shifts. OT and PT were very good though."
