New 1 Star User Review of Snug Harbor on Nelson Bay located in Sealevel, North Carolina
"Grandfather broke his arm. He was restrained in Geri Chair. He had urinary infection and was distressed. Snugg Harbor failed to have test done and failed to call the Dr. for medical care. He was in Hospital for his arm. We moved him to more caring nursing home. NOT a safe place for your loved one. "
